Nova 37 Cutting Board & Butcher Block Oil contains clear natural food grade oil that nourishes and protects cutting boards and salad bowls. When Nova 37 is dry, it gives a natural matt finish that is resistant to water and spills. Nova 37 can be easily maintained as the timber starts to show signs of drying out; there’s no need to sand the surface, maintenance coats can be wiped on once surface is clean and dry.
