ARMOUR COATING

Hercules Armour Coating is a one-part polyurethane protective coating. A versatile and easy to apply, non-skid coating for load beds and tail lifts of bakkies, 4×4’s, trucks and trailers. This coating offers the ultimate strength and all-round protection from weather, rust, corrosion and offers excellent chemical resistance. This fast drying, easy to apply formulation has an attractive, textured finish, and does not flake, chip or peel, even with impact. Hercules Armour Coating can be overcoated and is repairable as it bonds to itself.

Drying Time                       The coating will be touch dry between 2 and 4 hours.

                                             Light foot traffic is recommended after 10-12 hours only

                                             Full cure with strength protection and chemical resistance is                                                   achieved in 4 to 7 days. However, the coating can generally be                                               put to use after 24 hours.

Clean Up                             Clean uncured Hercules Armour Coating with Xylene. Clean                                                     cured Hercules Armour Coating with Nova 8 Novastrip or by                                                   mechanical means. Ensure to remove any overspray, spills and                                               mess immediately. Hercules Armour Coating is extremely                                                         difficult to remove once cured.
